Christina
Mackay, MS, RD
Christina Mackay brings twenty five years of nutritional professional experience. In her career she has
become an accomplished Registered Dietitian, consultant, adjunct professor and public speaker.
A Cum Laude graduate from CUNY Queens College, Christina pursued a career in Oncology Nutrition. She
also worked as an Outpatient Clinical Dietitian providing nutritional therapy for various medical issues
including weight management for adults and children.
She served the community with public speaking engagements, contributed to local Florida newspapers and radio
stations and engaged in supermarket tours and food demonstrations. Additional attributes include the
development of a Twelve-Week Support Workshop for Breast Cancer Survivors and Director of a Complementary Care
Program for the Martin Memorial Cancer Center, Stuart, Florida.
Christina is currently the Assistant Director for the Sodexo New York Dietetic Internship Program. Her
responsbilities include developing future professional Registered Dietitians in her field.
Christina is also working as an Nutritionist for a local gym. Her mission is to offer a realistic weight
management program designed to help you gain a partnership with your body. This partnership is developed
through education, self-monitoring of food, fluid and fitness- which work together to promote a more efficient
metabolism rate and balanced healthy lifestyle.
Christina's unique perspective on wellness comes from her professional dedication and sincere passion to help
those interested in making positive lifestyle changes.
