Brief description: Through the Amyloidosis Support Network the Hospital of the University of Penn asked Lance Miller, President of the CMCF, to speak about the CMCF. During this visit Lance learned that the University was becoming aggressively involved about working with patience who might have amyloidosis. After that visit we reached out to HUP and asked if they’d help support the marketing efforts for an event called Corvettes for Chip. They quickly agreed and the CMCF is happy to support them moving forward, we ask them to put the monies donated towards amyloidosis efforts.

Our Fundraising, Events and Administrative Partner (34% of Funds)

Dunleavy & Associates / Website: MatchingMissions.com

In an effort to grow the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation, we’ve partnered with Dunleavy & Associates, a professional services firm that builds capacity, confidence and bottom lines for non-profit organizations. Since 2012, we’ve contracted the Dunleavy Team for fundraising and development, communications and events services.

Our long-term partnership with Dunleavy & Associates has enabled us to formalize fundraising and development processes, which included the creation, implementation and management of a CMS donor database, as well as the production and distribution of annual appeal campaigns. We’ve also been able to streamline communication with our supporters through the creation and implementation of an email marketing that helps promote CMCF news and events. The Dunleavy Team has also played a critical role in the day-of event management of our signature summer events: The Clubs & Cars Golf Classic and our Surf Fest & After Party.
