Come join the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation (CMAF) and local NJ pro, Rob Kelly on July 29, 2022 for the 18th Annual Chip Miller Surf Fest! This grass-roots family event, hosted in Ocean City, NJ, has grown to be one of the largest surf events on the East Coast attracting some of the biggest names in surfing such as, Bethany Hamilton, Brad Gerlach, the Gudauskas brothers and Rob Machado. Local NJ pros have also joined in the fun: Dean Randazzo, Ben Gravy, Sam Hammer, Andrew Gesler, Rob Kelly and Matt Keenan. The Surf Fest and the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation were created in 2004 in memory of Chip Miller, who proudly raised his family in Ocean City. Chip was known worldwide for his passion for Corvettes and resilient positive attitude. In 2003, Chip was diagnosed with a rare disease called Amyloidosis, which occurs when abnormal protein, called amyloid, builds up in one or more organs causing malfunction. Just a few short months after diagnosis, the world lost an incredibly special person. The foundation needs your help to prevent this from happening to others. Grab your surfboard, catch a wave for a great cause and help spread the word!!

SLIDE FOR AMYLOID will be held at the Ocean City Water Park on 8th and the boardwalk following the contest in 2021. We would highly recommend you register for both the contest and slide together which will save you money along with provide plenty of fun for the entire day and evening!
