The Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation (CMAF) is proud to share its continued commitment to supporting individuals affected by amyloidosis with its most recent round of monetary contributions.  These dollars help further research efforts to combat this debilitating disease.  The CMAF, dedicated to the memory of beloved Corvette enthusiast Chip Miller, celebrates two decades of tireless advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement in 2024.

The CMAF has orchestrated a variety of fundraising initiatives, including track days for car owners/drivers, golf outings, a 5K run, automotive sweepstakes, merchandise sales, and car shows. The foundation’s annual schedule has expanded to encompass initiatives such as a surf fest, a slide/waterpark night, and a culinary extravaganza spotlighting some of finest food offerings in Ocean City, New Jersey.  Notably, the CMAF has seamlessly integrated two dinners into its Carlisle Ford Nationals and Corvettes at Carlisle.  These car shows are internationally recognized and attract automotive enthusiasts from across the globe to Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

In 2023 alone, the collective efforts of donors, volunteers, and supporters culminated in over $335,000 in net proceeds. Without the influx of dollars from these great events and generous donors, the CMAF wouldn’t be able to offer dollars out to help a variety of causes and organizations.

This year, the CMAF is pleased to donate a total of $100,000 to support organizations at the forefront of amyloidosis research, patient care, and advocacy. Among the beneficiaries are esteemed institutions like the Mayo Clinic and vital support networks such as Amyloidosis Support GP, the Amyloidosis Foundation, and Amyloidosis Research Consortium.

Lance Miller, CMAF President and Chip Miller’s son, reflected on the foundation’s achievements with profound gratitude.  “The overwhelming generosity witnessed throughout 2023 has been instrumental in advancing our mission to combat amyloidosis.  Every contribution, regardless of its size, propels us closer to a future liberated from the clutches of this debilitating disease.”

As the CMAF charts its course for 2024, anticipation mounts for its signature Corvette Sweepstakes, featuring a meticulously restored 1959 Restomod Corvette from the Miller family collection.  Enthusiasts and advocates alike are encouraged to visit ChipMiller.org to learn more about upcoming events, make a donation, or enter for a chance to win the coveted ’59 Restomod!
